Introducción


Contasimple United States permite gestionar la contabilidad cumpliendo los requisitos impuestos por la Agencia Tributaria. Dichos requisitos requieren que el usuario lleve cuatro libros de registro:
  • Libro registro de Facturas Emitidas
  • Libro registro de Facturas Recibidas
  • Libro registro de Gastos
  • Libro registro de Bienes de Inversión


Cómo gestionar la Contabilidad

Accede al módulo de Contabilidad haciendo click sobre la pestaña de "Contabilidad" en el menú de la parte superior de la pantalla.

La pantalla inicial que se carga es un resumen de tu contabilidad. Selecciona el período en el que quieres trabajar.

En esta misma pantalla, podrás ver un resumen de la facturación que has introducido en el sistema para el período seleccionado.
En este resumen se muestra:
  • Gráfica de ingresos y gastos
  • Gráfica de previsión de cobros y pagos
  • Resumen de facturas emitidas
  • Resumen de facturas recibidas
  • Resumen de bienes de inversión
  • Resumen de gastos
  • Gráfica resumen de ingresos por cliente
  • Gráfica resumen de gastos por proveedor

Selecciona el tipo de documento a introducir en la pantalla Resumen de Contabilidad trimestral.
