Tag management

The tag management functionality will allow you to create and edit tags and link them to all kinds of documents:

  • Invoice.
  • Investment goods.
  • Expenses.
  • Estimates.
  • Delivery notes.
  • Customers and suppliers.
  • Products and services.
  • All kinds of files: uploaded to the virtual disk, linked to documents (invoices, budgets, expenses...).
  • Bank receipts.
  • Remittances.
  • Banking transactions.
  • Receipts and payments.

Configure your labels, indicate the name and the color that you want it to have by default. You can catalog your documents to highlight important information or as reminders.

Link your tags

To link your labels you can do it: either by creating a new document, or by accessing it and managing the labels from the list where it is located.

When you go to create an invoice, estimate, delivery note, expense, customer... a section will appear where you can add labels.

Just write the tag you want to add and select it, it will be linked to the document automatically.

Link tags to a created document

To link the labels to a document already created, access the list where it is available. You will find within the selectable section "Manage labels".

When selected, a window will open where you can add the labels you want.


Check the tags linked to your documents

Access the detailed information of the element to be consulted. In the "Labels" section you will see all the labels that are linked.
