Click "Catalog" and then "Regularize Stock." You'll see a list of the latest stock regularization moves.
Click on "New regularization". A window will open where you can adjust the stock of the product of your choice.
Click on "Search". You will access your list of products and services. Select the product you want to regularize.
Indicates the amount to be regularized. Just take into account the positive or negative sign of the number to be regularized in case you leave the field "Regularization reason" as "Undefined". If, on the other hand, you indicate that it is a loss, a product found, etc. the regularization will already be done with the corresponding sign.
Enter the reason why you want to regularize the product. Whether for loss, found, purchase, sale, or return to supplier.
In the “Comments” field you can enter a description of the reason for the regularization. For example, if you returned the product to the supplier, you can explain the reason for the return.
Click on "Save" to close the regularization of your product.
Enter your profile and click "Configuration".
Select the "Catalogue" section.
If you turn on the alarm to alert you when stock is low, you may receive an email alert. Enter it in the "Email where to receive the stock notifications" box.
By linking your product catalog to your invoices, you can import your products directly. Once you create your invoices, the stock of your sale will be settled automatically.
You can automatically update your stock through your invoicing (each time you invoice a customer for a certain amount of a product, it will be subtracted from your stock), or you can set it up through your delivery notes and estimates.
You can select whether you want to activate stock control for your catalog, whether you want to sell out of stock, or whether you want to activate the alarm to alert you when a product is out of stock.
By activating stock control, you can choose from which amount of units you want to receive the low stock alert. You can also select whether you want to have the notice on your Contasimple homepage, whether you want to receive notifications on your profile, or whether to receive the notification by email.
Select this option to allow you to sell products in your catalog even when no stock is available.
Activate the stock alarm so you never run out of inventory. Improve your sales processes and optimize your storage space.
Enter from which amount of units you want to receive the alert. When there are fewer units left than indicated, the low stock warning will appear.
Select this option if you want the low stock alert to appear on the homepage of your Contasimple account.
Select this option if you want to receive a notification on your profile.
Select this option if you want to receive the low stock alert by email.
Once you have completed all the settings, click on "Save" to save the changes. You already have automatic stock control set up.
