With the Dropbox plugin you can automatically synchronize all the invoices, quotes and delivery notes that you enter in the system.
You will not have to worry about anything.

Link your Dropbox account

Easily, quickly and conveniently.
  • In the preferences section you can always check if you have the linked account.
  • You can always unlink the account if you do not want to keep synchronizing.
  • As simple as this. Once linked, each document created will be automatically uploaded.

Automatic or customized synchronization

Select in which mode of work you feel most comfortable
  • For each new invoice, budget or delivery note created in the system, it will be automatically synchronized in your Dropbox account.
  • If you prefer, at the time of creating each record, you can define if this particular document you want to upload to Dropbox or prefer not to do so.

Find your documents quickly

Access your documents in an orderly manner
  • Inside the Apps folder you will find a Contasimple folder.
  • Within this, as many folders as annual periods (years) will be created.
  • Within these, as many folders as quarterly periods will be created (ex: 1T = 1st trimester).
  • Within a period, folders will be created for the type of document (Invoice issued, Budget, Invoice received, Air Waybill ...).
  • And finally, you will have your documents.
