How to upload an invoice to your virtual disk?

In just 3 steps!

  • Create your invoice

    Click on "Create a new invoice"

  • Link your invoice

    Fill in all the fields (clients, retentions, notes...) and select on which virtual disk you want to share your invoice.

  • Done!

    Click save, and your documents will be already be uploaded to the cloud.

Step 1:
Import invoice

Import invoice to the cloud

Click on "Import invoice" and enter the invoice import code that you want to upload or click on the link at the bottom of the invoice.

Step 2:
Select if it is an invoice, expense or investment

Select document type to upload to the cloud

Select if your received document is an invoice, an expense or an investment good.

Step 3:
It is done!

Check that everything is in order and click on "insert". It will automatically be uploaded to the cloud and you can check it in your list whenever you want, also from the Android and iOS app.

  • Import your customers, suppliers and catalog of products and services. They will be stored in the cloud and you can select them in your ivoice.

  • With all your invoices in the cloud you can automatically fill in your tax models.

  • When you create recurring receipts, you can activate your invoicing automatically and all your invoices will also be uploaded to your virtual disk.
