How do I digitize my invoice

1. Download the app. It's free

If you don't have it yet, download the Contasimple's free app in its Android or iOS version on your mobile.

2. Post the invoice or expense

Register the invoice received from your supplier or expense in Contasimple. This step can be done both from the app and from our web program.

3. Photograph the document on paper

Select the invoice or expense created from the app and display the options menu. Click on the AEAT certified photo option and photograph the paper document framing it within the guides that appear on the screen.

4. Your certified PDF document valid for the AEAT

When you click on finish, the certified digitization process will start. You can find on your virtual hard drive, attached to the invoice or selected expense, the original photographs and the certified PDF document. You can access the files both from the app and from the web.
